Recently I joined to a professional IT team. I found that if any member has a Multiply ID, we would be able to communicate with each other more easilly. Then I encouraged them to create Multiply IDs and all of them appriciated about the great features of the Multiply.
At first step we outlined a "Common Tag List" for team members and encouraged them to share tags whenever it possible. Then an idea comes to my mind:
"if multiply give us the option to see the Tags used by Members of a given group, then it would be very helpfull to create a common knowledgebase"
I know, it seems very personal, but it would be usefull in many other situations. I hope. :)
