Welcome to the MUDS, the official Multiply Users and Developers Group. As the name suggests, the purpose of this group is to bring Multiply's user and developer communities closer together; it's a place for users to ask questions, discuss thoughts and to offer tips to one another... and for Multiply staff members to do the same! This is an "official" group, so staff members will actively participate in group discussions. Sometimes they'll even provide sneak peeks at upcoming features you won't see anywhere else. This is your chance to voice your opinion about features before they're released. This group will also be used to gather feedback from our users, to help make Multiply even better. Be sure to let us know how we're doing! If you'd like to be notified automatically when something new is posted here, just join the group! It has been some time now since YouTube iframe was allowed. It was promised that we could also post the iframe video code from other video sharing sites. Most if not all video sites have gone to the iframe video code for embedding videos. When are we also going to be allowed to post videos from the other sites as well? It is almost as if Multiply is locking out the other video sharing sites and playing favourites with YouTube. Does Multiply have an exclusive licence with YouTube? It almost seems like it.
How ever you are allowing YouTube video iframes, please allow all other video iframes as well; YouTube is not the only player in town even if it is owned by Google.

when sharing a photo to other sites, the meebo box that pops up describes the photo number in the album. it will be nice if a thumbnail of that photo accompanies this description box.
although sharing to fb, much prefer to keep main content on multiply. it will promote traffic if the shared photo had the photo thumbnail instead of the sharing/meebo(?) icon after having many albums, adding a new photo to an old album organized by theme is difficult to see as it might be in the 5th page of albums.
updates albums should get an automatic shift to the top of the list
so perhaps albums could be sorted in descending order by last edit date it will be great to have a thumbs-up rating feature for comments, which will help to validate user comments | Need Help !
Worked on our music-site as Admin, suddenly the "Add Music" button has gone on the main-site.
Tried to repair that in the Group Settings but without any result, what happend ? |
The Pages Listing also should be placed at the TOP of Multiply Photo Albums, like it is in the Multiply Inbox | I have a problem with one contact using very long creative name in first and second name of account name and when I try to reach groups from the 'drop down menu the menu stretches far to the right of screen. Is there a certain amount of charactors and spaces that can be used or is there no limit ? the person uses approx 45-50 in all. |
| I just noticed lots of my tags are missing now. Did they suddenly make a limit on how many tags you can have ? I had alot and now I have about half of what I used to. Makes it hard when you try to tag for something you know you have others for and you cant find it. And it makes it hard for friends to find things on my site. |
I try to reply comment on my journal and the others journal today, and when I click the reply button, it just disappeared and the usual reply box doesn't pops up. | Facebook is testing a new feature that lets you mark yourself as Safe when disaster strikes. Users would receive a reminder in their News Feed to mark themselves as Safe. You would also have the ability to mark other friends as Safe and add details about your current location and contact information.
Is there anyway that something like this can be done on Multiply.

But in the meantime, I post the link to my Multiply post on my Google+ page and hope people will click through. But there's no text coming through to give a sense of what my post is about (like usually happens when you post an article as a link in G+). Is there something Multiply can do on its end to make the post look nicer when it comes through on the G+ end?
:-} In hopes I could get rid of copious emails every day about designer themes, I clicked where I was told, to unsubscribe,report abuse etc. I hoped it would give me the option. Some option! I either take what "they" want me to,or get nothing. NOT FAIR!!!! (MESSAGE BELOW) Stop E-Mails from Multiply 1. Did I miss an alert here? Audio is no longer an option on PMs. a) It was great, because it's difficult for me to type, & everyone I know enjoyed hearing the voice of a contact. b) What was accomplished by deleting this option? 2. We used to be able to complete a blog, & then edit (colour, italics etc.), by simply "blocking" the areas (as we would to paste) & then click the appropriate icon. Now we have to click the icon first, type, un-click & hope the thing stops where it should. At times, colour won't work at all. The chosen font will change all by itself. This takes about four or five times as long as it used to. WHY? 3. When blocking to copy, I've always done so from left to right. Recently I've not been able to block at all. Then I discovered I COULD block from right to left! Aha. This would be fine if it were consistent, but it is not. BLOGS are more like JOBS now, very frustrating & time consuming. I'd truly like to understand the deficits & benefits in the changes. Creating blog with junk and then will return to edit beyond the default edit window.
1 This appears to be a problem related to using IE9 to create/edit text outside of the default edit view. e.g., scroll to line 7 of this blog and can not change color of text.
2. I created this blog at work using IE8 and can edit in IE8 without problems.
3. At home, using IE9, can only ad text or delete text but not edit text unless compatibility set.
4. With compatibility set,though, text on buttons like "Save & Publish" gets truncated. 5. ServiceJack requested an example. This is it. I will test later at home (IE9) later. 6 I could edit the color on this line within the default edit snipet displayed.
fff 7 I could not change the color here or beyond because beyond default snipet displayed. 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 Will come back and make this line red. I could not edit the above line. Can delete and add text but not edit existing in any other way.
